Based on the negotiations between President Trump and President Sheinbaum, the implementation of the 25% tariff on goods from Mexico has been postponed for 30 days.

Mexico has agreed to provide 10,000 soldiers to be positioned at the USA/Mexico border to stop the flow of illegal migrants and fentanyl into the United States.

High level government officials from both countries will continue to work on a permanent deal over the next 30 days, and the situation will be reevaluated to see if the Executive Order from President Trump will be removed permanently.

We encourage our clients to set up their ACH accounts with CBP and take care of this during the 30-day postponement period to ensure your company is prepared for any outcome with regards to tariffs.

Con base en las negociaciones entre el Presidente Trump y la Presidenta Sheinbaum, se ha pospuesto por 30 días la implementación del arancel del 25% a los productos de México.

México ha acordado proporcionar 10.000 soldados que se posicionarán en la frontera entre EE.UU. y México para detener el flujo de migrantes ilegales y fentanilo hacia los Estados Unidos.

Funcionarios gubernamentales de alto nivel de ambos países continuarán trabajando en un acuerdo permanente durante los próximos 30 días, y la situación será reevaluada para ver si la Orden Ejecutiva del Presidente Trump será eliminada permanentemente.
