REMINDER-ISPM 15 Wood Packaging Material Requirements and Approved WPM alternatives

Dear Friends and Customers,
 
Since we have seen several rejects, where the truck must return to Mexico, we hereby remind you that APHIS/USDA has zero tolerance for untreated wooden pallets as per ISPM 15. We continue seeing shipments returned to Mexico when importing goods into the US using pallets:

  • Not properly treated
  • Not visibly marked
  • Using fake unauthorized mark/stamp

Please keep in mind that one single untreated pallet may cause your whole shipment to be rejected and returned to Mexico.
