Please note that starting on May 18, 2017, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) flagging for all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs for all filers will be enforced. EPA reminds the importer is responsible for knowing what to file, regardless of whether a tariff code has been flagged.
