Dear Customers and Friends,
Attached please find Public Bulletin issued by CBP Calexico Field Operations office regarding empty conveyance processing procedures. Starting March 25th 2019, the trade community will assist CBP by pre-filing empty conveyances (E-Manifest) at least 1 hour in advance, resulting in a more expedited processing at the primary inspection point. Those users not adhering to said guidance may experience delays.
