This is to inform you that a preliminary List #4, for Section 301 for additional 25% duties on products made in China, has been published.

While the Trump administration indicated today that a final decision on List 4 tariffs may be deferred until President Trump meets with

Chinese President Xi Jinping in late June, USTR released the attached Federal Register Notice listing products that would be potentially

subject to tariffs and initiating a public comment process, including a June 17 public hearing. List is available on the following link:
