The San Luis Commercial zone has been extended to include the municipality of the City of Yuma, AZ.

A petition submitted by the SWAPU Organization to the U.S. Department of Transportation FMCSA Division dated 10/22/2014 requesting an extension of the commercial zone for the POE of San Luis, AZ. has been approved. The San Luis, AZ. commercial zone now extends to include the City of Yuma, AZ. FMCSA agrees that Mexico Domiciled motor carriers with OP-2 (MX) authority can deliver loads within the CIty of Yuma without violating the terms and conditions of their operating authority.
