The following notice is a reminder that there are certain agricultural products that are prohibited and others that may require an import permit issued by the United Stated Department of Agriculture to be entered into the USA.
If a shipment is subject to inspection by the local department of agriculture and you do not possess an import permit, or it does not clearly state the product being imported, and it is subject to such requirement, the shipment will be subject to rejection.
